IELTS is offered in two formats: Academic, for individuals applying for colleges and universities or professional licensing, and General Training, for those moving to Australia, Canada, or the UK or seeking to enroll in secondary education, courses of study, or employment in an English speaking setting. The four language skills listening, reading, writing, and speaking are evaluated in both versions in a legitimately and reliably.
Beneficial for everyone
IELTS rapidly avoids prejudices based on culture and treats every candidate with the utmost respect by allowing all common kinds of native-speaker, especially North American, British, Australian, and New Zealand English.
Examination Structure
Within the range of three hours, the IELTS test evaluates your speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. IELTS comes in two flavors: Educational and General Training. Speaking and Listening are the same on both exams, but Reading and Writing have different topics based on the test you take.
All IELTS exams consist of three parts: listening, reading, and writing, and they are all performed on the same day without any breaks. But you can take the Speaking test for some time before or following the other exams. Your exam center will provide guidance.
Scoring System
The common scoring system of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) ranges from 0 to 9. However, the required score for different purposes, such as immigration or academic admissions, may vary from nation to nation.
